Jornaxis Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Jornaxis website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Jornaxis's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Jornaxis at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Yoga Class Terms
Registration and Payment
- All classes must be paid for in advance
- Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Unused classes expire 6 months from purchase date
- Monthly memberships require 30-day notice for cancellation
Health and Safety
- You must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations
- Practice yoga at your own pace and within your physical limits
- Inform instructors of any discomfort during class
- Pregnant students must obtain doctor's clearance before participating
Class Etiquette
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins
- Turn off or silence mobile devices
- Respect other students and maintain a quiet atmosphere
- Clean equipment after use
4. Liability Disclaimer
By participating in yoga classes at Jornaxis, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved in physical exercise and voluntarily assume all such risks. You agree to:
- Release Jornaxis from any claims for injury or damage
- Hold harmless all instructors and staff
- Take full responsibility for your physical well-being
- Seek medical attention for any injuries sustained
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Class Cancellations by Students
- 24-hour notice required for class cancellations
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in class forfeiture
- No-shows will result in full class charge
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Class Cancellations by Jornaxis
- We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment
- Weather-related cancellations will be announced via email
- Cancelled classes will be credited to your account
- Make-up classes will be offered when possible
6. Privacy and Personal Information
Your privacy is important to us. Information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

- We do not share your information with third parties without consent

- All disputes will be handled through good faith negotiations
- Unresolved disputes will be subject to Oregon state law
- Any legal proceedings must be filed in Portland, Oregon
